The ICAEM conferences serve as good platforms for our members and the entire engineering community to meet with each other and to exchange ideas. The last IAENG conference has attracted more than one thousand participants from over 30 countries. Our congress committees have been formed with over three hundred committees members who are mainly research center heads, faculty deans, department heads, professors, and research scientists from over 20 countries. All submitted papers will be under peer review and accepted papers will be published in the conference proceeding (ISBN: 978-988-98671-9-5). The abstracts will be indexed and available at major academic databases. The accepted papers will also be considered for publication in the special issues of the Engineering Letters and IAENG journals and in edited books. This conference has a twofold purpose a learning opportunity and an invitation to join a network. It presents an opportunity for top level school leaders from all over the world to meet in Stockholm, Sweden and learn more about global trends and changes in school policy and education worldwide as well as focusing on local experiences and conclusions for school improvement. Changes that you are experiencing in your library can lend itself to many great topics for a WAAL presentation, panel, workshop, or poster session. Education and Development Conference 2008 aims to provide the participants with an analysis of the importance of education, educational systems and its impact worldwide.
