Papers should not exceed twelve single-spaced pages using at least 11-point font and one inch margins on all sides on A4/Letter size pages, including references, figures, tables etc. All papers must be submitted electronically through the submissions link in the conference website. Accepted papers will appear in a printed proceedings published by Springer-Verlag in the LNCS series. Some papers that are judged to have limited merit may be accepted as short papers, with up to six pages in the proceedings. At the time of submission, authors should indicate if they wish to have their paper considered as a short paper if it is not accepted as a full paper. At least one author of each accepted paper must register and attend the conference. BEST PAPER AWARD: ---------------- Starting this year, a prize will be given to the paper that is judged by the Program Committee to be the best on the basis of its content and presentation.
